About Chris Herman

Chris Herman is the Owner of The Herman Agency, a South Florida-based branding and marketing agency, and 12 Grove Productions, their audio and visual production division. A marketing professional with over 25 years in the industry, Chris began On Deck as an expression of his love for communication, the creative process, the builder's mindset and the airing of different perspectives. The name "On Deck" is a nod to time spent on his father's boat in his youth. An avid music lover and musician, Chris is also the lead guitarist for the band Lords of Rock.
